The mobile presets are compatible with the Lightroom mobile app. The desktop presets are compatible with Lightroom 7.3 and above and all the latest versions of Lightroom CC.
Yes! The presets work with all formats (JPEG & RAW) which includes photo’s taken with a phone, GoPro, camera,… Shooting in RAW is always recommended as this format has lots more data and is therefore more customisable than JPEG.
After your payment is completed you will see a download button. Shortly after you will also receive an extra email with a download link and instructions on how to install your presets.
Please check your spam folder first. If you still haven’t received your presets within 2 hours after purchase or you can’t open the link send an email to contact@passiontoprofit.be and I’ll help you out.
We always recommend to back up the download file of the presets. If you really can’t find them anymore email us and include your name and the email address you made the purchase with. If we find your order, we’ll send the download link again.
Don’t worry. If you have followed the steps in the installation tutorial but still have difficulties installing the presets, just email us and we’ll happily help you.
